TRAFFIC AND STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY No traffic or street right-of-way issues attend this case. ANALYSIS In this instance, staff feels that periaps the out of place element in this area of the City is the pocket of residential left in the middle of a significantly nonresidential development. While the residential uses appear to be fairly stable at this time, there is no reason to expect this to hold over a long haul. It is apparent that the next logical eastern boundary of the industrial district may be Boundless Street north from 12th Street. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The staff recommends approval.
