LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land located in the South 1/2, Northeast 1/4, Section 21, and in
the South 1/2, Northwest 1/4, Section 22, all in Township 1 North, Range 11
West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pin marking the Northeast Corner of Section 21, Township
1 North, Range 11 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; thence along the
East line of Section 21, S 01' 24' 24" W, 1319.38 feet to a set iron pin,
said pin also being the Point of Beginning; thence S 87° 48' 31" E, 2602.94
feet to a found iron pin, said point being on the centerl.inc- of Frazier Pike;
thence along s0 d ronuvr1inp of Frazier Pike. S 01° 28' 36" W, 1322.15 feet
