Present Use of Property: Proposed Use of Property: Single Family Single Family STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The issue here is the location of an accessory structure. The existing mobile home residence of the applicant is a legitimately constituted nonconforming structure. The applicant has stated that the second mobile home was purchased for use as storage and workshop space clearly as an accessory to the principle structure. The hardship associated with the requested location of the accessory structure deals with periodic flooding and general wetness in the normal area of the rear yard designated for accessory structures. Staff recommends approval of the request with the condition that the kitchen and bath facilities be dismantled to preclude possible dwelling use of the accessory structure. Board Action: The applicant was present and stated to the Board that he was willing to comply with those conditions stated in the staff recommendation. After a brief discussion, the Board moved to approve the variance with the condition that only the kitchen capability of the mobile home be removed. The motion passed - 5 ayes, 0 nays and 2 absent. rjL�
