Present Use of Property: Office Proposed Use of Property: Office STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The requested variance will permit an addition to an existing structure. The only side of the structure suitable for addition is the east side. The addition will replace a small parking area in the rear of the building. No harm to the spirit of the ordinance will come from this request. Staff recommends approval of the 5' encroachment. Board Action: The applicant was present, and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Board moved to approve the application as filed. The motion passed - 5 ayes, 0 nays and 2 absent.
