STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The requested variance will permit addition of a utility
room for installation of a washer and dryer on the first
floor. The applicant states that a medical disability
requires this request. Because of the alley, there will be
no encroachment upon the neighboring properties.
Staff recommends approval up to within 2.5' of the side
property line.
Board Action:
The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Board moved to approve the
application. The motion passed - 5 ayes, 0 nays and 2
absent.
