The proposal calls for the construction of a new office
building in connection with the Arkansas Children's
Hospital.
2. COMPATIBILITY WITH MUNICIPAL PLANS
The property is within one of the several blocks eventually
planned to be tied in with the hospital. No
incompatibilities exist.
3. EFFECT ON ENVIRONS
No adverse environmental effects are anticipated.
4. NEIGHBORHOOD POSITION
No neighborhood opposition is anticipated.
5. PUBLIC SERVICES/EFFECT ON
No adverse comments have been received.
6. UTILITIES/EFFECT ON
No adverse comments have been received.
7. EFFECT ON PUBLIC FINANCES
None expected.
8. LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/REASONABLENESS
This property abuts land zoned "E-1" on three sides. This
request will simply enlarge an existing office zoning
district. It is expected that an application will be filed
in the near future which will, if approved, rezone the
remaining properties on this block for office use.
9. STANDARDS OF QUALITY
No standards of quality have been addressed by the
applicant.
10. TRAFFIC AND STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY CONSIDERATION
No traffic or street right-of-way issues attend this
request.

plan is for the existing structure to be removed in favor of a
new building.
