Please find attached a copy of the staff report for your request to amendment the Land Use Plan Map along Asher
Avenue on the September 8, 2022 Planning Commission agenda. Please do not forget to post the side provided on the
site. You or your representative should at the hearing to answer any question that the Commission may have (or
respond if there is any opposition to your request). The hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m. The Planning Commission does
request that you or your agent be present. The meeting will be at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12 th Street.
If you will have a presentation, please email me a PDF or PowerPoint point at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and I
will have it there for your use.
