Subject:Land Use Plan Amendment
The City has received an application for an amendment to the Future Land Use Map for property at
3301, 3305, 3317 & 3319 Asher Avenue - we are providing notice of the application, as you are listed
as the contact for the Goodwill Neighborhood Association.
LU2022-09-01 is a Future Land Use Map amendment requested on approximately 1 acre at
3301,3305,3317 & 3319 Asher Avenue in the I-630 P lanning District. The applicant is requesting the
land use designation be changed from Mixed Use (MX) to Commercial (C).
The Subject site is on the southside of Asher Avenue in the 3300 block..
On September 8, 2022 the Planning Commission will consider the applicant’s request to amend the
land use plan from Mixed Use (MX) to Commercial (C). The hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m. The Planning
Commission does request that you or your agent be present. The meeting will be at the Centre at
University Park, 6401 West 12th Street.
