APPLICATION FOR A LAND USE AMENDMENT
Application is hereby made to the Little Rock Board of Directors, through the Planning Commission, pursuant to the provisions of Act 186
of 1957, as amended, petitioning to change the Land Use classification of the following described area: Legal Description:
1) 3301 Asher Ave -Part of Tract of 1 ELLA M. TRIBBLE SUBDIVISION in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as per amended Plat and Bill of Assurance
filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being More particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is the Northeast corner of
Tract 1, ELLA M. TRIBBLE's SUBDIVISION; Thence South along the East line of said Tract 1, 192 6 feet to a point; thence West 29.4 feet; thence North parallel to
the East line of said Tract 1,29.6 feet; thence Northwesterly 140 feet to the South Line of Asher Avenue; then Northeasterly along the South line of Asher Avenue,
50 feet to the point of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT: the rights -of -ways for Asher Avenue and Brown Street and Public Utility easements of record.
2) 3305 Asher - Part of Tract 1 of ELLA M. TRIBBLE SUBDIVISION in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as per amended Plat and Bill of Assurance filed in
the office of the Circuit Clerk, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being More particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Tract 1;
thence Southwesterly 50 feet along the South line of Asher Avenue to point of beginning; thence Southeasterly 140 feet to a point which is 163 feet South of and
19.2 feet West of the Northeast corner of Tract; then South parallel to Brown Street 29.6 feet; thence Northwesterly 118.6 feet to a point on the South line of
Asher Avenue which is 100 feet Southwesterly of the Northeast corner of Tract 1; thence Northeasterly along the South line of Asher Avenue e50 feet to the point
of beginning.
