HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd. for LU2022-09-01 [Page 1 of 2] ORDINANCE NO. ____________ 1 2 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN 3 THE I-630 PLANNING DISTRICT (LU2022-09-01) AT 3301, 4 3305, 3317 AND 3319 ASHER AVENUE FROM MIXED USE 5 (MX) TO COMMERCIAL (C), AND FOR OTHER 6 PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use 9 Plan Map and now recommends it for adoption. 10 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 12 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 13 14 Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended at 3301, 3305, 3317 and 3319 15 Asher Avenue from Mixed Use (MX) to Commercial (C) as shown on the attached 16 graphic. 17 18 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 19 sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 20 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 21 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 22 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 23 ordinance. 24 25 Section 3. Repealer.
