3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE TWO (2) OPERATOR PERMITS AND
4 SIXTY-FIVE (65) TAXICAB PERMITS FOR WHC, LITTLE ROCK, LLC,
5 D/B/A ZTRIP AND D/B/A YELLOW CAB, FOR THE PERIOD OF
6 NOVEMBER 15, 2022, TO DECEMBER 31, 2023; AND FOR OTHER
7 PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, WHC Little Rock, LLC, d/b/a zTrip and d/b/a Yellow Cab, has properly applied for the
10 approval of two(2)Operator Permits and sixty-five(65)Taxicab Permits,as set forth in Little Rock,Ark.,
11 Rev.Code§§34-48(1988),and the Fleet Services Director,as Administrator of this chapter,has concluded
12 that all necessary and appropriate requirements have been met and has recommended that these permits be
13 granted.
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
1 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
1 Section 1. WHC Little Rock, LLC, d/b/a zTrip and d/b/a Yellow Cab is granted two (2) Operator
1 Permits and sixty-five (65) Taxicab Permits for the first year term shall be from November 15, 2022, to
18 December 31,2023. The term beginning January 1, 2024, and all subsequent terms, shall be from January
19 1"though and including December 31"
20 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
21 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
2 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
24 resolution.
25 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances and resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
26 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
