3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
4 A CONTRACT WITH AGILE TICKETING SOLUTIONS, LLC, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($126,000.00), FOR POINT OF SERVICE TICKETING
SOFTWARE FOR THE LITTLE ROCK ZOO; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
10 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoo requires ticketing software that is compatible with the ticketing
11 hardware it will be purchasing; and,
1' WHEREAS, vendor selection was made through Arkansas State Contract No. 2018011-02 with an
1 expiration date of February 28,2023; and,
1 WHEREAS,the total amount of the lease shall not exceed One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Dollars
1 ($126,000.00)and funding is available in Account No. 326659-72450-TS65A32.
1+ NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
1 ' OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
1 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Agile Ticketing Solutions,
1" LLC,in an amount not exceed One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Dollars($126,000.00),for the purchase
20 of Point of Service Ticketing Software on behalf of the Little Rock Zoo.
2 Section 2. The funding for the software is available in Account No. 326659-72450-TS65A32.
2' Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
2; word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
2 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
2 resolution.
2 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
28 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
