3 A RESOLUTION TO SET NOVEMBER 15, 2022, AS THE DATE OF
4 PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON A FORTY (40)-
5 FOOT WIDE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT, LOCATED
6 WITHIN THE WOODLANDS PARK SUBIDIVISON (UNRECORDED),
7 ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF WOODLANDS TRAIL, IN THE CITY OF
8 LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a notice has been filed regarding the request to abandon a forty (40)-foot wide Utility
11 and Drainage Easement, located within the Woodlands Park Subdivision(unrecorded), along the east side
12 of Woodlands Trail, in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1.The hearing on the notice of the request to abandon shall be held at a meeting of the Board
16 of Directors that will start at 6:00 PM on the 15th day of November 2022, at the Centre at University Park
17 6401 West 12th Street,Little Rock,Arkansas.
1$ Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
26 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
2i Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 resolution.
26 Section 4. Repealer. All resolutions, bylaws, and other mattes inconsistent with this resolution are
27 hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
