Based on the County Assessors records you own property along Frazier Pike. Therefore, you are receiving this notice for a hearing before the Little Rock Planning Commission on Thursday September 8, 2022. The meeting will be at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street. The meeting starts at 4 P.M. The request is to approve an Alternate Design Standard for Frazier Pike between Roosevelt Road and Zeuber Road. The alternate design would be a two-lane section with no paved shoulders (existing condition) with full Minor Arterial Standards required with future development/redevelopment of the roadway and or land along the roadway.
