Dear Property Owner,
There has been a request to Amendment the Master Street Plan for Frazier Pike.
Based on the County Assessors records you own property along Frazier Pike.
Therefore, you are receiving this notice for a hearing before the Little Rock Planning
Commission on Thursday September 8, 2022. The meeting will be at the Centre at
University Park, 6401 West 12th Street. The meeting starts at 4 P.M.
The request is to approve an Alternate Design Standard for Frazier Pike between
Roosevelt Road and Zeuber Road. The alternate design would be a two-lane section
with no paved shoulders (existing condition) with full Minor Arterial Standards required
with future development/redevelopment of the roadway and or land along the roadway.
If you can not or do not wish attend the meeting on September 8, please send written
comments on the proposed amendment to: Walter Malone, AICP — Planning and
