Subject:Master Street Plan Amendment
The City has received a request for an amendment to the Master Street Plan Map for Frazier Pike
from Roosevelt Road to Zeuber Road - we are providing notice of the application, as you are listed as
the contact for the College Station Progressive League.
MSP2022-01 is a Master Street Plan Map amendment requested to add an ‘Alternate Design
Standard’ for Frazier Pike, between Roosevelt Road to Zeuber Road. This alternate design would be a
“two-lane roadway with no paved shoulders” as the existing/pre-redevelopment standard for the
roadway.
On September 8, 2022 the Planning Commission will consider th e applicant’s request to amend the
Master Street Plan to add the alternate design standard.. The hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m. The
Planning Commission does request that you or your agent be present. The meeting will be at the Centre
at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street.
