AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET 3
PLAN (20,507) TO ADD AN ALTERNATIVE DESIGN 4
STANDARD ON FRAZIER PIKE (MSP2022-01); FOR 5
OTHER PURPOSES. 6

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Master 8
Street Plan and now recommends it for adoption. 9

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 11
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 12

Section 1. An alternate design standard is placed on Frazier Pike from 14
Roosevelt Road to Zeuber Road on the Master Street Plan Map (as shown on the 15
attached graphic). 16

Section 2. The text of the Master Street Plan Section 2: Road Classifications 18
and Designs Standards is amended to add another alternative design standard for the 19
Minor Arterials with Alternative Design Standards. The text shall be as follows: 20
Two eleven-foot travel lanes with sidewalks on each side of the road and no 21
paved shoulders. 22

Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 26
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 27
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 28
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 29
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 30
ordinance. 31

Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same 1
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the 2
extent of such inconsistency. 3
