3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN
4 (ORDINANCE NO. 20,507), TO ADD AN ALTERNATIVE DESIGN
5 STANDARD ON FRAZIER PIKE (MSP2022-01); AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the amendment and recommends
9 the change.
10 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. An alternate design standard is placed on Frazier Pike, from Roosevelt Road to Zeuber
13 Road,on the Master Street Plan Map(as shown on the attached graphic).
14 Section 2. The text of the Master Street Plan Section 2: Road Classifications and Designs Standards.
15 is amended to add another alternative design standard for the Minor Arterials with Alternative Design
16 Standards. The text shall be as follows: two(2), eleven(11)-foot travel lanes with sidewalks on each side
17 of the road and no paved shoulders.

20 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
21 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
24 ordinance.
25 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
26 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
