Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, August 10 , 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9718 Sel-Mart Inc. Barber Shop – Conditional Use Permit
6705 West 12th Street
Development Comments:
1. Provide a revised site plan to show the area of the existing building to be occupied by the
proposed barber shop.
2. Provide information on the following:
a. Number of barbers/employees.
b. Hours / Days of operation.
c. Garbage containment / pick-up.
3. Signage will be allowed as per Section 36-554 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs
allowed in industrial zones).
