Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, August 10 , 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9711 Dickson Duplex – Conditional Use Permit

Development Comments:
1. Will there be any addition(s) to the existing building?
2. Provide total square footage for the existing structure and square footage for each duplex unit.
3. Three (3) off-street parking spaces will be required to serve the proposed duplex. Provide a
parking plan (revised site plan) showing the required off-street parking and access drive to
serve the parking.
4. Will standard City of Little Rock garbage pick-up be utilized.
