Development Comments:
Will there be any addition(s) to the existing building?
Provide total square footage for the existing structure and square footage for each duplex unit.
Three (3) off-street parking spaces will be required to serve the proposed duplex. Provide a parking plan (revised site plan) showing the required off-street parking and access drive
to serve the parking.
Will standard City of Little Rock garbage pick-up be utilized.
