In response to the Development comments
Development Comments:
1. Provide a detailed description of the types of events proposed.
The LIttle Rock Billion Event Center intends on bringing elegant events to the venue. We will mainly specialize in more intimate events such as small weddings, receptions, baby showers,
small birthday parties, corporate meetings all for less than 100 people at a time. We also have smaller meeting rooms that can be used as co-working spaces that can hold up to 20 people
or less.
2. Provide details on garbage pick-up.
Before we begin hosting events, we will set up a contract with Waste Management for dumpster rental which will be placed behind the building for proper waste disposal. All trash will
be taken to the dumpster after each event and should be picked up weekly by Waste Management.
3. Provide details on any proposed signage.
With permission from the property owners, we plan to have our signage to read "The Billion" which will be placed on the outside of the front of the building. There is a black strip already
on the building above the door for signage. But we will also have signage and building information placed on the front door " Little Rock Billion Event Center" along with business information
such as operation hours and phone number
