Standing for over a century, this historic building is a luxurious, elegant space open to weddings, rehearsals, and all other celebratory events. Still retaining much of its original architectural structure. It is a multi -purpose building with a desirable Main Street location. Most recently used as light industrial, would work well for retail, office, or special use. Updated in 2008-2009, the building has a good mix of office and open spaces with features including approx. 700 SF basement not included in SF and will not be available for use. There is a rear garage for deliveries which can double as parking for 2-3 vehicles, storage, with a backdoor attached and can also be used as an emergency exit. 100% HVAC coverage. There is a full parking lot in front of the building and also behind the building. Also parking along both sides of the street. The building next door on one side is currently vacant and being sold for retail or restaurant space. And the business on the other side is currently occupied as an indoor storage space. We will only make available space to hold 50-100 ppl at a time and only one event per day will be allowed. We want to make sure there is a comfortable flow during events and we will also maintain Covid safety guidelines within our space such as complete cleaning/ sanitizing after each event to do our best to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for clients and also our staff. Smoking, cooking, or anything flammable will not be allowed inside the facility. Catering only. We will have a selected in-house bartender that will not be allowed to sell alcohol on the premises. They will have to present the proper licensing according to the state's regulations and also obtain the proper insurance to serve in our facility. There will also be a cutoff time and drink limits that will apply. Business Hours of operation will be from 9am with a cutoff time at midnight accompanied with indoor security, staff and hired off duty police officers outside for each event.
