BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, LEAH LASLEY SHELL, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE
DECLARATION OF TRUST EXECUTED ON THE LOTH DAY OF APRIL, 1986,
("Declarant", or "Allottor), is the owner of the following described land in the County of Pulaski,
State of Arkansas, to -wit:

(Attach Legal Description for Parcels B and G)
WHEREAS, the Declarant desires to replat the above property (consisting of Parcels B and
G) into four (4) different sized Lots;
NOW THEREFORE, the Declarant declares that the property is and shall be held,
transferred, sold, conveyed and occupied subject to the covenants, restrictions, casements, charges
and liens (sometimes referred to as "Covenants and Restrictions") set forth.
WITNESSETH:
That the said Declarant for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it and its successors and
assigns, which benefits it acknowledges to be of value, has caused the land herein above described
to be surveyed and a Plat thereof which is identified by the title "Lots 3, 4, S, and 6, Chenal/Kanis
Addition to the City of Little Rock being Part of Section 36, T-2-N, R-14-W, Pulaski County,
Arknasas" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plat") made thereof by Joe White a Professional Land
Surveyor, License Number PLS # 3871, said Plat bearing the signature of the said Surveyor and
Engineer being of record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, on day of , 2022, as Document No.
and the Allottor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF, Declarant warrants and represents that it has laid off,
platted and subdivided, and does hereby lay off, Plat and subdivide the land herein described, in
accordance with the aforesaid Plat. The land embraced in said Plat shall be forever known as:
Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Chenal/Kanis Addition to the City of Little Rock being Part of Section
36, T-2-N, R-14-W, Pulaski County, Arknasas.
1. All building construed on said Lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than
the building line shown on the Plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
This Bill of Assurance, and any amendments hereto, may recorded by the parties and shall
constitute a covenant running with the land, and the terms hereof shall not be amended or modified,
except by written agreement.

ofDECLARATION OF TRUST EXECUTED ON THE 1QTH DAY OF APRIL,1986 and who
has been designated by said Trsut to execute the above instrument, to me personally well known, and
is duly authorized in HER capacity to execute the foregoing instrument, and further stated and
acknowledged that SHE has so signed, executed, and delivered said foregoing instrument for the
consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
