Re: Replat £t Variance-1012 S. Cross Street
Mr. Moore,
We are requesting replat and variance approval for Lot 8R of the Original City of Little Rock, zoned R-4. The
owner is requesting approval to split Lot 8R into 3 Lots (8A, 8B, and 8C) Variances are being requested to
reduce the front setback on Lot 8C from 25' to 24' due to the existing duplex was built over the 25' setback.
Also requesting reduction of the Rear setbacks for Lots 8A, 8B, and 8C from 25' to 5', reduction of the Lot
width requirement from 70' to 50', and reduction of the lot depth from 100' to 86' to accommodate 2 new
duplexes. We would like to be placed on the planning commission agenda in September for approval.
We have attached 18 copies of the plat, a copy of the Bill of Assurance, and the review fee.
