Hi Mr. Moore,
It has been brought to my attention that their are some residents that still may have questions
concerning the Villas at Autumn Rd project. To ensure that we have been responsive to those unknown
resident, I am requesting that our application be deferred until we can schedule a third meeting to meet
with residents that may have questions. Please advise me of when the next city board meting date will be
for resubmission of our application. Also, I would like to request if Mr. Collins could attend our meeting
once we identify a date, time and location, in case there are questions that city staff might need to
address.
