Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, June 8, 2022. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9695 The Villas at Autumn Road
400 – 412 Autumn Road
Development Comments:
1. Show lot lines for all lots on the site plan.
2. Provide written approval from Postmaster for mail kiosk location.
3. Provie information on garbage pick-up.
4. Will there be a sign at the entrance to the subdivision? If so, show on the site plan with
details. The ordinance typically allows a maximum sign area of thirty-two (32) square feet
and a maximum sign height of six (6) feet.
5. Will there be a perimeter fence around the subdivision? If so, show on the site plan with
details (location and height of fencing).
6. Will the lots be individually fenced? If so, provide typical details (location and height of
fencing) for interior and corner lots.
