Responses to Staff Planning and Development for Villas at Autumn Rd
Show lot line for all lots on the site plan: Completed (see attached plat)
Provide written approval for Mail Kiosk location. Ms. Daphne West, Postmaster at the Huron Lane office has provided the attached letter. An access code will be given for delivery of
mail to Kiosk. Ms. West can be reach at 501.225.2307, if additional information is required.
Provide information on garbage pick-up. Waste management will be given an access code for trash pick-up in development.
Will there be a sign at the entrance to the subdivision? Yes, there will be a sign. Please see attached plat for specs and details.
Will there be a perimeter fence around the subdivision? Yes, a fence will be installed where it does not currently exist. See attached plat that indicates location.
Will lots be individually fenced? Yes, lots will be individually fenced and the fence detailed is listed on plat. The height of the fence is 6 feet treated and the good side will face
out.
