Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Please submit revised site
plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to
this email address for review.

Development Comments:
1. Provide existing hours of operation for current use.
2. Provide hours of operation for proposed use.
3. Provide updated site plan/survey with clearly delineated parking spaces.
4. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs permitted in commercial zones).
5. Will there be a dumpster located on the site? If so, show on site plan. All dumpsters must screened
and comply with Section 36-523 of the code.
6. Any new and/or future sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
7. Will there be any changes to the exterior of the building? If so, provide details.
