Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-9703 El Patio Private Club – PD-C 7315 Geyer Springs Road Development Comments: Provide existing hours of operation for current use. Provide hours of operation for proposed use. Provide updated site plan/survey with clearly delineated parking spaces. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs permitted in commercial zones). Will there be a dumpster located on the site? If so, show on site plan. All dumpsters must screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the code. Any new and/or future sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Will there be any changes to the exterior of the building? If so, provide details.
