Rezoning Application
Mr. Moore,
Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
This project contains approximately 1.6863 acres and is located near 810 Brookside Drive. The
parcel is currently zoned O-3, and the developer would like to rezone this property to 11-2.
In September of 2021 the developer received approval of a preliminary plat to construct asingle-
family community. This parcel of land was included in the preliminary plat with a condition to
rezone the property from O-3 to 11-2. This application is to fulfill the condition of the preliminary
plat.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
