particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the SW'/4 NE'/4,
thence South, 806.4 feet; thence N 88'56'24" W, 138.0 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue N 88'56'24" W, 372.28 feet; thence N 00'05'03" W, 197.72 feet; thence
N 89032'30" W, 198.21 feet; thence N 00'28'54" E, 554.51 feet to a point on the South
right of way line of Col. Glenn Road; thence along said South right of way line the
following: S 93'49'39" E, 216.94 feet; S 71'36'44" E, 85.76 feet; S 82046'02" E, 74.5
feet; S 00024'28" W, 28.79 feet; thence S 77023'39" E, 207.55 feet; thence leaving right
of way South, 620.75 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8.0 acres, more or less.
The improvements on this property is not in the 100 year flood plain but a portion of this
property as shown is in the 100 year flood plain as per Panel 84 of 150 for Little Rock,
Arkansas. Community -Panel #0501810084 F, dated October 19, 2001 in Flood Zone X
and AE.
