Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-4167-E Redbridge Development – Storage Facility – PC-D 9715 Colonel Glenn Road Development Comments: 1. Provide the hours of operation for office and customer access to storage units. 2. Will there be a keypad entry at the front gate? 3. Show where employees and customers will park on the site plan. 4. Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on site plan with screening as required by Section 36-523 of the code. 5. All sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 6. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs permitted in commercial zones). 7. Provide information on building heights. The maximum building height is thirty-five (35) feet. 8. Provide information on exterior building materials (brick, metal, wood, etc.). 9. Will there be any outdoor storage (vehicles, RVs, boats, etc.) If so, show area on site plan.
