Pierce Street Little Rock, AR 72207 We are planning to build a new one-story home (approx. 1835 sf) at 1700 N. Pierce Street (Heights area) in Little Rock. As an infill-project, we believe it is important that our house align with the other houses on the block. The existing houses along the west side of this block of N Pierce Street encroach into the 25-foot setback. By this application, we are requesting a zoning variance (front yard set -back) to allow our house to align with the front of the adjacent house (1706 N. Pierce) to the north. The Application for a Zoning Variance is enclosed, along with six copies of the proposed Site Plan showing all relevant detail. Thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter.
