Re: Request for Zoning Variance — Mablevale Warehouse Development
Dear Mr. Thrower:
We are herewith submitting a request for a zoning variance for Mablevale Warehouse Development
located at 11205 Otter Creek South Road. It is currently zoned 1-2 and we are requesting a reduction in
front landscape requirement. This request reduces the landscape area from 50 to 10 feet so that we can
add an additional 30 parking places. The landscape area is the same as building directly to our north.
We do not feel like this would be a detriment to the appearance of this industrial area. We will deliver
a check for the filing fee. Please let us know how much it is.
