3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AGE-FRIENDLY LITTLE ROCK COMMISSION:
12 Karen Guthrie,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on May
13 21,2026.
14 Sally Fitts, appointed to serve her first four(4)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on May 21,
15 2026.
16 ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
17 Beau Blair,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30, 2026.
18 Jacqueline Retzer, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,
19 2026.
20 Steve Ronnel,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term,said term to expire on June 30,2026.
21 Derrick Smith,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term,said term to expire on June 30,2026.
22 COMMISSION ON CHILDREN,YOUTH,AND FAMILIES:
23 Elizabeth Quarles,reappointed to serve her second three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire
24 on May 31,2025.
25 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
26 Tyrun Haynie, reappointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
27 June 2,2025.
28 Russell R. Williams, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year CDC Representative term, said term
29 to expire on June 2,2025.
30 Denise White, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year Lending Institution Representative
31 term,said term to expire on June 2,2025.
32 LAND BANK COMMISSION:
33 Katrina Smith, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year term, said term to expire on March 19,
34 2026.
35 Tavonia Strickland,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on March 19,

2 LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION:
3 Robyn Nosari, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Jesse Gibson, said term to expire on January
4 31,2023.
5 LITTLE ROCK SUSTAINABILITY COMMISSION:
6 Rachel Cotner,appointed to fill the unexpired term of Amber Berg, said term to expire on February
7 5,2023.
8 Andrew Vogler, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on February 5,
9 2025.
10 MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION:
11 Derotha Webb-McIntosh, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
12 February 21,2025.
13 OAKLAND&FRATERNAL HISTORIC CEMETERY PARK BOARD:
14 Carla Hines-Coleman,reappointed to serve her sixth three(3)-year term, said term to expire on June
15 1,2025.
16 Linda Howell,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on June 1, 2025.
17 Jeanne Kumpuris Spencer,reappointed to serve her sixth three(3)-year term, said term to expire on
18 June 1,2025.
19 Ernest Moix, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on June 1,
20 2025.
21 Roy Katheryn Watts, reappointed to serve her third three (3)-year term, said term to expire on June
22 1, 2025.
23 SISTER CITIES COMMISSION:
24 Ben Walters,appointed to fill the unexpired term of Melanie Berman, said term to expire on January
25 5,2023.
26 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
27 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
30 resolution.
31 Section 3. Repealer.All laws, ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
32 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
