3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
12 James Harkins,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year At-Large Representative term, said term to
13 expire on February 19,2025.
14 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
15 Kristen Dane, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large Representative term, said term to
16 expire on October 19,2025.
17 Troy Laha,reappointed to serve his second three(3)-year Professional Urban Planner Representative
18 term, said term to expire on October 19,2025.
19 COMMISSION ON CHILDREN,YOUTH,AND FAMILIES:
20 Vicki Hatter, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year Little Rock School Board Representative
21 term,said term to expire on May 31,2025.
22 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
23 James Dylan Ashcraft,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year At-Large Representative term, said
24 term to expire on June 2,2025.
25 Philip Hood, reappointed to serve his third three (3)-year Non-Profit Representative term, said term
26 to expire on June 2,2025.
27 LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION:
28 Ben France, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Abby Jennings, said term to expire on January
29 31,2023.
30 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
31 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
34 resolution.
35 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with

1 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
