I have received the signed Judge’s Order and this item is tentatively on the Board’s September 6, 2022 hearing. That agenda will not be formally set until August 23 that is why I say tentative. If both of these happen next week as scheduled then it would most likely go to the Little Rock Board of Directors on August 16 th. Last I’d heard, it was awaiting the Judge’s blessing before moving through CLR’s approval process. Has the petition progressed any since we last spoke? Does it look like this petition will be successful, or should we begin organizing a new one?
