It does say that “No further action shall be taken for a period of 30 days after the order for annexation has been entered. Within that time any person interested may institute a proceeding in the circuit court ot have the annexation prevented. We’ll have the order on Monday, so I think we should be good for September 6th. Thanks for your help on this.
