Any word on the signed Judge’s Order. I can not send the annexation on to the Board of Directors without a
copy of the Signed Judge’s Order.

I found it after we talked. It does say that “No further action shall be taken for a period of 30 days after the
order for annexation has been entered. Within that time any person interested may institute a proceeding in the
circuit court ot have the annexation prevented.
We’ll have the order on Monday, so I think we should be good for September 6th.
Thanks for your help on this.

The section I am referring to is 14-40-604. This is from the volunteer annexation section of the law. I do
not know that anyone has moved faster then the 30 days for a 100% annexation. Not sure I want to be
the text case.

Walter,
My apologies. As I mentioned, we did get approval, we’re just working through the language of the
decree. My hope is to have this signed tomorrow if possible.
Thanks,
Grant

If I do not have the signed Judge’s Order by the end of the workday Friday July 22. I will have to
hold the item for another Board cycle, and it will be the meeting in September not August.

Mr. Cox,
The Little Rock Planning Commission has approved your requests for annexation and zoning.
However, I still do not have the signed judges order so no further action will be taken until
receipt of that document.
