It does say that “No further action shall be taken for a period of 30 days after the order for annexation has been entered. Within that time any person interested may institute a proceeding in the circuit court ot have the annexation prevented. We’ll have the order on Monday, so I think we should be good for September 6th. Thanks for your help on this. I do not know that anyone has moved faster then the 30 days for a 100% annexation. Not sure I want to be the text case. Walter From: Grant M. As I mentioned, we did get approval, we’re just working through the language of the decree. My hope is to have this signed tomorrow if possible.
