Dear Mr. Cox:
Your application for annexation has been received by our office to be placed on the July 14,
2022 - Planning Commission agenda. Planning Commission hearings start at 4:00 PM, at the
Centre at University Park, 6401 West 120 Street. There will be a virtual option of attending.
The virtual link will be included in the agenda post on the City Web site one week prior to the
hearing - Commission Agendas I Ci of Little Rock. Any presentation must be received at least
24 hours prior to the meeting - email to wmalone@littlerock.gov.
The City shall be contacting both outside and internal agencies for comment on the proposed
annexation. These comments will be included in the materials presented to the Little Rock
Planning Commission in July. If you have additional information, which you wish the City to
include in our review and analysis of your request, please forward it to us as soon as possible.
The Judge's Order for the annexation must be provided to Staff prior to the item being scheduled
for hearing before the Little Rock Board of Directors.
At the hearing not only will you have the opportunity to explain your request for annexation, but
also others will have the opportunity to give reasons why the City should or should not accept
this annexation. After the Planning Commission meeting you will receive correspondence on the
