As a result of Ordinance 22166 some 23.3 acres plus or minus in size will become part of the City of Little Rock as of October 6, 2022. The area also Zoned to I-3, Heavy Industrial by Ordinance 22166 adopted on September 6, 2022. Please take all necessary actions to assure that the area receives city services. Attached you should find a copy of Ordinance 22166 and map. The area annexed is northwest of the Thibault - Zeuber Roads intersection, (approximately 5200 BLK of Thibault Road). Severability. in the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 20 ordinance. 21 Section 6.
