RE: Annexation of approximately 23.26 acres located at corner of Thibault and Zeuber
Roads
Dear Mr. Malone:
Please find attached a copy of a petition for annexation filed with the County Court of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, pursuant to A.C.A. §14-40-601 et seq., with regards to the annexation of approximately 23.26 acres
located at corner of Thibault and Zeuber Roads. A hearing on the petition has been scheduled with the County
Court on June 13, 2022.
As such, we respectfully request that the annexation matter be placed on the agenda of the Planning
Commission of the City of Little Rock for the meeting to be held July 14, 2022. Furthermore, at the time the
annexation matter comes before the Planning Commission, we request the property to be accepted by the City
of Little Rock to be zoned as I-3 Industrial District. Prior to the Planning Commission meeting, in conjunction
with the Planning and Development Department and the City Attorney’s office, we will have a draft ordinance
for such annexation and zoning for consideration by the Planning Commission.
Upon issuance by the County Judge, we will submit to you a copy of the Decree of Annexation issued
by the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
