5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-7091-D: DESCRIBED AS 1.6863 ACRES BEING A PORTION OF THE SW 1/4
12 SW1/4 OF SECTION 35, T-2-N, R-13-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, MORE
13 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE
14 NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW1/4 SW1/4, SAID SECTION 35; THENCE
15 N87°24'24"W-31.72'TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;THENCE S43°55'42"W-41.22';
16 THENCE S25°13'04"W-122.21'; THENCE S24°49'14"W-103.15'; THENCE

26 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
27 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
28 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
29 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 ordinance.
34 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
35 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
