See attached letter and approved COA for HDC2022-022. To move forward with your project, you will need to submit a
request for a demolition permit through the City’s online portal:
https://permitpayment.littlerock.gov/ips_PD/Views/Login.aspx
Please include the attached COA to your permit request. If you have any trouble or questions with the permit portal,
contact the Permit Desk at 501-371-4832. Concerning a future application for new construction, the next Pre-application
meeting filing deadlines are September 12th and October 10th .
