Dear Mrs. Thomas,
Your application HDC2022-022 for demolition of the property at 1003-1007 Cumberland
will be heard before the Historic District Commission on September 1, 2022. The
meeting location is no longer at City Hall due to renovations to the Board Chambers
Room. The hearing will be held at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center,
3805 W. 12th Street, Little Rock. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your application will be Item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in
order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days' notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 2 instructions #6 and #7. Use "HDC2022-022" to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions, as well as the correct location
and time of the meeting.
