RE: Z-9698 Christ Community Church – Conditional Use Permit
Northeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Chenal Valley Drive
Development Comments:
Building setbacks comply with ordinance standards.
Request variance for maximum building height of fifty (50) feet. Provide details on other building components that may be taller than fifty (50) feet.
Provide seating capacity for church’s sanctuary. Parking required in one (1) space for each five (5) seats, including choir seating (24 inches on a pew = one (1) seat.
Will there be a dumpster on the site? If so, show on site plan and note that it will be screened as per Section 36-523.
All signage must comply with the Chenal Design Overlay District Standards.
Will there be any uses (such as a daycare center) on the site other than the church?
