Dear Mr. Moore,
Please find attached 18 copies of the Site Plan for the above referenced project which is
phase 2 of the Rock Ridge Pointe apartments development. We are requesting a
Conditional Use Permit to allow multifamily within the 0-2 zoning district. This
development will be approximately 16.8 units per acre and including 298 parking spaces.
There will be a variety of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments along with a manager's unit
that will also include office, maintenance, and community room.
We are also asking for an Advanced Grading Permit for this project.
