Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, June 8, 2022. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-8142-C PDC Development Co. ā Conditional Use Permit
4124 South Shackleford Road
Development Comments:
1. Building setbacks comply with ordinance standards.
2. Fifty -Five (55) maximum building height requested. Building āEā needs to be at least thirty-
five (35) feet from the north property line for a fifty-five (55) foot building height. All other
buildings are set back far enough from all property lines to have fifty-five (55) foot building
heights.
3. Number of parking spaces shown on site plan complies with ordinance standards.
4. Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
5. Any site signage must comply with Section 36-553 (signs allowed in Office zones).
6. The dumpster area must be screened as per Section 36-523. Note on site plan.
