RE: Z-8142-C PDC Development Co. – Conditional Use Permit 4124 South Shackleford Road Development Comments: Building setbacks comply with ordinance standards. Fifty -Five (55) maximum building height requested. Building ā€œEā€ needs to be at least thirty-five (35) feet from the north property line for a fifty-five (55) foot building height. All other buildings are set back far enough from all property lines to have fifty-five (55) foot building heights. Number of parking spaces shown on site plan complies with ordinance standards. Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Any site signage must comply with Section 36-553 (signs allowed in Office zones). The dumpster area must be screened as per Section 36-523. Note on site plan.
