That Metropolitan National Bank, a national bank, Grantor, by
and through its duly authorized officer, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid by Edgar L. Dovers and Virginia Dovers,
his wife, Grantees, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,._
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Grantee
and unto their successors and assigns forever the following
described land situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee and to
their successors and assigns forever, with all appurtenances
thereunto belonging. And Grantor hereby covenants with the said
Grantee that it will forever warrant and defend the title to said
lands to all claims by, through or under Grantor but not otherwise.
