To whom it may concern:
The purpose of this subdivision application is to seek approval to subdivide 4.88
acres into 3 lots. An existing easement is located on the property that the properly
owner and adjacent owners utilize. We would like for it to remain an easement
with out a dedicated road right of way since there is unlikely to be a through street
in the future. We appreciate your consideration.
